When an employee is such a dedicated loyalist to their corporate overlords that they hoard trash like a raccoon and turn it into profit for their shareholders, that's when the higher-ups award them this smelly but golden award. A trophy worthy of holding on to in the workplace, in the super market, on your child's birthday party, while sleeping on your bed (or a dumpster).
